Backend that survives a marketplace: verification, matching, payments, roles, permissions. Deep enough to run parallel workstreams – the platform and the admin tooling get built at the same time, not one after the other.
For marketplaces, P2P products and member networks
Marketplaces, P2P products and member networks only work when strangers start trusting each other. That's the problem we specialise in – and we've solved day one five times.
3
two-sided platforms shipped
15
people. One squad per project.
3
industries. A fourth in build.
P2P · Community · Logistics · Agritech (in build)
A two-sided product is worthless on launch day and nobody warns you. Owners won't join without renters. Renters won't join without owners. Clubs won't pay for a network with three clubs in it. We start there, before a single screen exists – because that's the question that decides whether the thing lives.
Design comes after the cold start.
The empty platform is the first product state we design for.
How we work
Every platform we built launched empty
No listings, no members, no other side. We know what breaks in month two and which features you'll wish you'd cut. That's what you're hiring – not a framework list.
We'll tell you not to build it
Sometimes the answer is a spreadsheet, an existing tool, or waiting. We'd rather lose the project on the first call than watch it die at month five. Ask for an example – we'll name one.
Same timezone, EU contracts
Poznań, Poland. An EU entity your legal team can contract with, data and IP handled inside the EU, and a team working your hours. Nobody schedules a 6am standup.
What the product needs
Cold start before pixels
The first question in every project: who joins on day one, and why do they stay while the other side is still empty?
Trust is a feature, not a policy page
Verification, reputation, disputes, moderation. In a P2P product this isn't compliance – it's the product.
We ship the boring 20%
Admin panels, moderation queues, refund flows, dispute handling. Unglamorous, never in the portfolio, and the reason platforms survive their first year.
Most studios our size sell you a team and staff you a fraction of five people spread across six projects. We assign a squad and it stays yours until launch – engineering, design and go-to-market in one room, not three vendors you have to keep in sync. That caps how many projects we run at once, and it's the trade we chose.

Interfaces for products where two different people want two different things from the same screen. Owner and renter. Club and member. Shipper and carrier.
The first hundred users on each side don't arrive through ads. We've done manual onboarding, seeded supply, and founder-led outreach – and we'll say so when paid acquisition is the wrong answer.

I’ve known the founder of Ortvest since we studied together, and I’ve always known him as a talented developer with a strong product mindset. What I especially like about what he’s building with Ortvest is that they go beyond simply developing software. They focus on understanding the real challenges behind marketplaces, P2P platforms and community products, including trust, user acquisition and the difficult early stages of launching a two-sided platform. It’s great to see him turn his technical experience into a team with such a clear focus. Definitely someone I’d trust to have a serious conversation with about building a product.
Dmytro
Founder, BunnyBooster
I highly recommend this team. They delivered work of excellent quality, adhered to all deadlines, and were accommodating with revisions. They developed a website for our GameDev project, and I am fully satisfied with the outcome
Dmytro
CEO, TimberSpirit
I am fully satisfied with the company’s services. What mattered most to me was the complete support throughout the entire process. I did not have to worry about preparing a long and detailed technical specification or discussing every minor detail. It was enough to explain the general idea and describe what I wanted to achieve. Thank you for your professionalism and support.
German
CEO, PROFIT CRAFT
All assigned tasks were completed professionally and within the agreed deadlines. Throughout the project, the Ortvest team was always responsive, quickly implemented revisions, and consistently proposed effective solutions to improve the final result. The code is clean and well-structured, all functionality works reliably, and every requirement was taken into account. It's a pleasure working with a responsible company that is genuinely invested in delivering results. Highly recommend Ortvest for collaboration!
Vitalij
CEO, Pachaca
I would like to thank Dmytro and his team for the excellent work on our route planning application. The entire development process was smooth and professional, with great communication and attention to detail. The team understood our requirements perfectly and delivered a reliable, user-friendly solution that meets our expectations. It was a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend Dmitry and his team to anyone looking for high-quality software development services.

Your service business is a two-sided product
Most people running a cleaning company, a delivery service, a repair business or a clinic don't think of themselves as running a platform. They have customers, they have staff, and the job is to brin…
Under a minute to book. Three minutes to a cleaner. Pachaca is an on-demand cleaning and dry-cleaning service in Kyiv. We built their entire digital stack from scratch: a native iOS app, a native And…
We audit vibe-coded marketplaces. Here's what the rebuild actually costs. A founder came to us last year with a working marketplace. Two sides, listings, search, sign-up, a functioning checkout. Buil…
Most product decisions can be reversed. You can change the pricing, redesign the onboarding, rewrite the backend if you have to. There's one decision that can't be fixed later, and almost nobody make…
Straight answers before either side spends time on a proposal.
Maybe. But on the first call we'll ask which side you can get 100 of by hand, without ads. If there's no answer, the product isn't ready and we'll say so instead of taking the money.
Because a fourth would be a claim we can't back with work yet – we're building our first agritech platform now and we'll say so plainly until it ships. We build platforms where participants have to find and trust each other. That shape repeats across marketplaces, clubs and logistics. Outside it we'd be guessing on your budget.
It depends on the trust model, number of participant roles and operational tooling. We'll give you a rough budget range on the first call and a fixed price after scope. If a prototype is the smarter first step, we'll say so.
Yes. Design-only, build-only, or marketing-only all work. We'll scope it accordingly.
Yes. We'll audit first and give you an honest verdict, including "rewrite" or "keep your current team."
